• Begin your Life Shift process​

Contact me by email or the links below to arrange our first preliminary meeting which is gifted and free of obligation. We will meet each other online or in person and see if and how it is appropriate to proceed with our Life Shift process. I respect that every person is unique and each one of us is at their own pace and place in our evolutionary journey. There are many approaches and aspects to my Life Shift practice, according to where everyone is.  After our meeting, I will come up with a process that is suitable to your pace - phase - understanding and send you my suggestion for our course together. In this meeting, we will also decide the practical details of how we will be communicating with each other, exchange contact information and see whether our process will be online or in person.​
